We always want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your original session so that we can schedule a time to correct the service free of charge. Any issue reported after the 7th day from the original session date will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Late / Tardy Policy
While we understand life can cause you to be late for your appointment, please keep in mind the later you run, the later we will be for our next appointment and every appointment thereafter. Please understand we will do our best to accommodate you for that day. If we are unable, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Your sessions are very important to us. We hold your sessions just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your session, that you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This gives us time to accommodate clients placed on our waiting list. In the event of 'No Shows' or last-minute cancellations becoming a habit (2 appointments or more), you will be charged a cancellation fee. When giving less than 24 - hours notice this will result in a charge of $15 per service missed. We will send a courtesy E-mail and/or text reminder the day before your scheduled appointment.
